To submit a script or access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

By submitting a TV script to BlueCat TV Writing Competition, you represent and warrant that you are the original author or have the right to submit the work. You retain full ownership and copyright of your submitted script.

BlueCat TV Writing Competition does not claim any ownership rights over submitted scripts. Your script is shared only with assigned professional readers and administrative staff for the purpose of competition judging and feedback.

Submission fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and the submission is accepted into the system. All submissions require payment before being entered into the competition.

All competition entries are subject to the official rules and guidelines published on our Rules & Guidelines page. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the competition rules, the competition rules shall prevail for matters relating to the competition.

Competition deadlines, categories, fees, and prizes are subject to change. Any changes will be posted on the website and, where practical, communicated to registered users.

Every submitted script receives written professional feedback. Feedback is provided for educational and developmental purposes and represents the opinion of the assigned reader.

BlueCat TV Writing Competition does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of feedback. Scores are used internally for competition judging and are not disclosed to authors.

Feedback is released to authors only after administrative review and approval. The timing of feedback delivery depends on the competition cycle and volume of submissions.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Submission fees are non-refundable. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled. If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact us within 30 days.

Coupon codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms (expiration date, usage limits) and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Script consultation services are separate from competition submissions. By purchasing a consultation, you agree to the consultation fee and understand that BlueCat TV Writing Competition will schedule the consultation directly with you.

Consultation content and advice are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of commercial success or representation.

By entering the competition, you agree that if selected as a winner or finalist, BlueCat TV Writing Competition may publish your name, script title, and award category on the website and in promotional materials.

Winners may be asked to participate in interviews or provide testimonials. Such participation is voluntary.

You agree not to: submit work that you do not have the right to submit; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; interfere with the operation of the platform; submit fraudulent payment information; or use automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform.

The BlueCat TV Writing Competition website, including its design, logos, text content (excluding user-submitted scripts), and software, is the property of BlueCat TV Writing Competition and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

BlueCat TV Writing Competition provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueCat TV Writing Competition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
